20th Sindh Karate Championship open trails in Karachi on 21st April

Sindh Karate Association will be holding trails for the selection of Karachi team on 21st April at Gymnasium Hall, Kakri Ground, Lyari for which the reporting time has been set as 10:00 AM sharp.

Under the auspices of Sindh Karate Association (SKA) with the collaboration of Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh and Taurus MMA and Fitness, Sindh Karate Championship will organized into its 20th edition this year.

This championship will feature competitions in a total of three events that includes: Individual Kata, Team Kata and Individual Kumite. The Individual Kumite event will have fights in the weight categories of 40 KG, 45 KG, 50 KG, 55 KG, 60 KG, 67 KG, 75 KG and above 75 KG. 

Paracha International Exchange Private Limited will hugely be sponsoring this event and thus are the title sponsors of this championship. This championship is open to all the Karatika of Sindh and all the affiliated units should submit their entries by 20th April. Team composition should be of 8 players along with a Manager and rules of World Karate Federation are to be followed. 

Dr. Qurat Ul Ain has been decided as the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee of this championship while Sensie Wasif Ali of Taurus MMA & Fitness will be the Organizing Secretary. Sensie Abdul Rahim, Ms. Najma Abdul Wahid and Moin Dhedhi are the Event Coordinators.
