Karachi & Army win Inter-Division B-Grade & Inter-Department Basketball C'ships 2019 openers

The very first match into the Inter-Divisonal Grade-B Basketball Championship 2019 was played Karachi and Mirpurkhas teams in which Karachi players finished the match as a one-sided encounter beating the opponent team by 72-28 score line. 

Zain Ul Abideen and Saad Basit Khan were the top players who guided Karachi team towards the victory while in the second clash between Rawalpindi and FATA teams, Rawalpindi stood victorious by leading the game on 83-67 points. Qamar's 36 points enabled the Pindi team to take home this win.

Sargoda team with their best performers, also convincingly defeated Kohat team by 60-12 and Islamabad boys made all their efforts to claim the win by outplaying he team of Mardan and finally ended the match in their favor on a 75-51 score line. 

Inter-Departmental Championship's opening match was played between Army and Police teams in which Army boys completely out scored the opponents by their stunning 105 points against their 23. Army now is the first ever team to score more than 100 points in the championship. This win's credit goes Mohammad Yousaf and Atif who scored the most points for their team and with great team work, were able to earn their team this victory of the match. 

WAPDA and PAF teams also defeated their respective opponents that were: Navy and Railways by 71-20 and 76-32 score lines, respectively. Aalijah and Zahid were the key players for WAPDA team. 

Both the championships are being organized by Federal Basketball Association under the supervision of Pakistan Basketball Federation in which a total of 8+7, total 15 teams, altogether are competing for the ultimate title gain.
