MP Black to face Master Paints in Royal Marketing Polo final
Master Paints Black after routing ZTBL set the finals clash against Master Paints/Efu Insurance in the ongoing Royal Marketing Pakistan Polo Cup 2018.
Hissam Ali Hyder emerged as the hero of the match from Master Paints Black as he struck 5 goals while the remaining one goal came from Bilal Haye. ZTBL started the game with one and half goal handicap advantage but could not capitalized as they only managed to score three goals, one each through Mumtaz Abbas Niazi, Emran Akhtar and Raja Arslan Najeeb.
Hissam hammered the first goal to open his and team’s account through a 30-yards penalty but ZTBL in the counter attack banged in 2 goals, 1 each from Mumtaz Abbas and Emran Akhtat and took lead by 3½-1. Hissam in the second chukker thwarted another 3 goals to take 4-3½ lead over opponents.
Raja Arslan Najeed struck the only goal of third chukker and once again leaded the game with 4½-4 goals but it was all Master Paints Black show in the last chukker as they fired 2 field goals through Hisam Ali and Bilal Haye and took undeniable lead by 6-4½ that remained intact till the end of the game as Master Paints Black seals the final berth against Master Paints/Efu Insurance.
