Master Paints humbles Diamond Paints in Royal Marketing Polo Cup

The Father and son Taimur Mawaz Khan and Hamza Mawaz Khan throughout dominated the game as both displayed superb polo skills and hammered a hat-trick each to steer Master Paints/Efu Insurance 6-4 victory against Diamond Paints. Eulogio Celestino contributed a brace while Mir Huzaifa Ahmed and Omar Amjad Malhi added 1 goal each but could not make Diamond Paint victorious.

Diamond Paints opened their account through Eulogio Celestino as he converted a 60-yards penalty to take 1-0 lead but soon leveled by Taimur Mawaz Khan through a field goal. Diamond Paints once again took lead as they banged in 2 more goals, one each by Omar Malhi and Eulogio. In the second chukker, Hamza Mawaz showed his heroic skills with pony and mallot as he thwarted three back to back goals and changed the entire scenario of the game with 4-3 lead. Later his father, Taimur Mawaz struck another goal to end the second chukker with 5-3 score in favor of Master Paints.

Third chukker remained goalless and both the teams played equally well in the fourth and last chukker as Taimur Mawaz first hammered a goals for Master Paints to make 6-3 but in the dying moments of game Mir Huzaifa converted a goal form Diamond Paints to end the match on 6-4 score.
