United Snacks seals Main Final berth of December Polo Cup
United snacks after cruising Newage, qualifies for the Main final while Newage to face Porsche in the subsidiary final of December Polo cup 2017.
In the all-important match, United Snacks outlasted Newage by 6-3 to face Honda Chenab in the Main final of December Polo cup 2017. Hissam Ali Hyder was the hero for united snacks as he fired a quartet while Sufi Muhammad Haris and Azam Hyat Noon added one goal each. From Newage, Ahmed Zubair Butt contributed a brace and Shah Shamyl Alam added one for his team.
Hissam fired 2 field goals and provided united snacks a great start after taking 2-0 lead in firs chukker. Sufi Haider further enhanced the lead as he banged a goal to make the score 3-0. Newage came out of their shells and fired 2 back to back goals to bridge the gap 3-2.
Hassam once again came with a mission and slammed a beautiful brace to strengthen the lead to 5-2 in the 3rd chukker. In the forth and decisive chukker, united snacks converted once more goal through Azam Hayat Noon to make undeniable 6-2 lead. In the dying moments of the game Shah Shamyl Alam from Newage added 1 more goal and make it 6-3 but that was not enough to breach the deficit of 3 goals and United Snacks after winning the game qualified for the Main final.
United Snacks now will face Honda Chenab in the Main final while Newage to play against Porsche in the subsidiary final of December Polo cup 2017.
