Seagold U-21 Junior National Snooker Championship 2021 begins today

The 13th edition of Seagold U-21 Junior National Snooker Championship 2021 commenced today (6th August).

Sixteen players, four players each from Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and two each from Balochistan and Islamabad are participating in the event.

The contestants are divided into four groups. Two players from each group will qualify for the quarterfinals to be held on Aug 8.

The semi-finals will be staged on Aug 9 and final on Aug 10.

Groups:

‘A’: Zubair Tahir (Punjab), Jahanzaib Jahangir (Balochistan), Mohammad Asad Khan (Sindh), Munsifudin Alaudin (KP)

‘B’: Umer Ismail (Sindh), Usman Waheed (Islamabad), Sajjad Abdullah (KP), Mohammad Shahzad (Punjab)

‘C’: Mohammad Rafiq (KP), Zohaib Mustafa (Islamabad), Zunair Khan (Sindh), Ahsan Ramzan (Punjab)

‘D’: Rizwan (Balochistan), Sheikh Mudassir (Punjab), Kamran Albert Masih (KP), Shahrayar Khan (Sindh).
