Pakistan’s premier javelin thrower, Arshad Nadeem claimed gold medal in the Imam Raza Athletics Championship in Iran.

A shining role model for many within the local circuit among the athletics, Arshad Nadeem, continue to make Pakistan proud by winning gold medal in the Imam Raza Athletics Championship in Iran.

Arshad Nadeem threw 86.38 meters in this javelin throw event, which is also a new national record. With this throw, Arshad Nadeem also improved his South Asian Games record.

The athlete from Mian Chunu, Khanewal, Arshad, eyes at 90 meter plus throw at 2021 Tokoyo Olympics.

2019 South Asian Games gold medalist, will go to Turkey to get further training from foreign coaches as part of the training programme for the Olympics.
