Usman Club, Arambagh Club to lock horns in SSB Pakistan Day Cup basketball tournament final
Usman Club and Arambagh Club defeated their respective rivals to qualify for the final of SSB Pakistan Day Cup basketball tournament.
The SSB Pakistan Day Cup basketball tournament reached into final stage at Arambagh-Abdul Nasir courts, Karachi.
In the first semifinal, Usman Club outplayed St Patrick’s Club 38-32. The main scorers for the winners were Faizan Sheikh (12 pts) while Moeed Amir and Usman Tayyab secured 10 points each.
Ray Sutton and Jonathan scored 10 and 9 points respectively, for the losers.
Arambagh Club overpower Peterson Star Club 35-30 in the second match. Saad Salahuddin and Obaid Hafeez scored 11 points each for the winners.
The main scorers were from the losing side were Steven Fernandes (16 pts) and Perera (10 pts).
