Irfan Mehsood creates history by becoming world's first athlete to do most push ups with 100 pounds

Irfan Mehsood, who hails from South Waziristan, has clinched this Guinness World Record after he completed 16 push-ups on fingertips while carrying 100-lb on his back in 60 seconds.

Pakistani martial artist, Irfan Mehsood added another feather in his hat and secured his 37th Guinness World Record!

Irfan Mehsood, who hails from South Waziristan, has clinched this Guinness World Record after he completed 16 pushups on fingertips while carrying 100-lb on his back in 60 seconds.

He has broken his own previous record of 12 pushups on fingertips while carrying 100-lb on his back in 60 seconds.

He continues to break several records in the name of his country and hopes to encourage the youth of his area to get more involved physical fitness and sports.

Irfan has previously broken the Guinness Book of World Records for India, the United States, Iraq, the United Kingdom, the Philippines and Italy.
