Rana Irfan captures 29th Punjab Snooker Championship 2020 title

Talented cueist Rana Irfan defeated Muhammad Ajmal of Sialkot by 6-1 to win the 29th Punjab Snooker Championship 2020 in Lahore.

The 29th edition of Punjab Snooker Championship 2020 ended in a glorious way for the prolific cueist Rana Irfan who coasted to a fine 6-1 one sided victory over Muhammad Ajmal in the final to capture the title.

Eight seeded Rana Irfan defeated unseeded Muhammad Ajmal of Sialkot by 6-1 in best of 11 frames.

The Karaock Snooker Club presented a brand new Motor Bike to the winner, Irfan and a handsome prize money. Runner-up Muhammad Ajmal was awarded with trophy and 30,000 cash prize while other participating cueists received cash prizes as well.

World Snooker Champion Muhammad Asif graced the ceremony as chief guest and distributed prizes among the winners.

In all, 352 players from Lahore, Sahiwal, Okara, Kasur, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat and Pakpattan participated in the event.
