4th Essa Laboratories Basketball Tournament continues in full swing

Three more matches were played on the third day of the on-going 4th Essa Lab Basketball Tournament which has been organized by Karachi Basketball Association (KBBA) in collaboration with Essa Laboratories at Abdul Nasir Courts in Arambagh, Karachi. 

The first game of the day witnessed Omega Club overcoming Usman Club with Abbas Qaimkhani's game high: 26 points while Taimur Zaheer and Khalid Usman contributed with 14 and 10 points respectively. The match ended with the final score line of 55-49.  

The losing side's Usman Khawaja and Shariq Suleman alongside Hassan Iqbal tried their best to earn first victory for their side scoring 12, 12 and 11 points respectively but came up short in the end. 

The second match saw Nishter Club comprehensively beating Karachi basketball Club 58-46. Muhammad Shabbar and Talha Amjad proved to be the key players in their team's win with 19 and 11 points. 

For the losing side, the main scorers were Daniyal Ahmed (17 points), Zain Ul Abideen (10 points) and Raj Kumar (10 points).

Neighborhood Club stood the third victorious team of the day, defeating Askari Alfas by 51-46 with the guidance from Sami and Soraiz, who managed to bucket 13 points each while Hammad N D Khan and Abdullah scored 12 and 10 points, respectively. 

International Basketball player, Mutahir Hussain from Lahore and DSR Pakistan Rangers, Tahir Niazi were the chief guests who witnessed this basketball action.
