12 member Pakistani Judo contigent ready to star at South Asian Games 2019

Judo squad of Pakistan consisting of total 12 athletes, left for Nepal to take part in the 13th South Asian Games which are being held from 1 to 10 December in Kathmandu and Pokhara.

 

A press release issued by Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) stated that Pakistan Judo Team is all set to try their luck in the 13th edition of South Asian Games which are being held in Kathmandu and Pokhara cities of Nepal from 1st to 10th December where 4-day Judo competitions will begin from tomorrow. 

Pakistan Judo squad consists a total of 12 talented fighters who will be competing in the upcoming competitions so as to earn laurels for the country.

Senior Vice President Pakistan Olympic Associ­ation, Syed Aqil Shah along with Pakistan Sports Board and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judo Association officials saw off the team to Nepal.

PJF President, Colonel Junaid Alam has instructed national judokas to contest at the event with their full potential. He expressed optimism that the judokas would live up to the billing by claiming maximum medals.
