10th Culligan Girls Throwball Tournament begins today
The 2019 Culligan Girls Throwball Tournament is all set to roll into action from today and would continue till 21 September at The City School PAF Chapter in Karachi.
Sindh Throwball Association with the collaboration of Pakistan Throwball Federation, Pakistan Women Throwball Association and The City School PAF Chapter Karachi is all set to organize, yet again, Culligan Girls Throwball Tournament, into the current year which would mark its 10th successful edition.
This event would feature competitions of five (5) grade categories which includes:
1. Sub-Junior 4th to 6th grade,
2. Junior 7th to 9th grade,
3. O-Level and Metric 10th to 11th,
4. A Level 10th to 13th and
5. University Level.
The tournament will be directed as per the Rules of the Pakistan Throwball Federation® (PTF) and International Throwball Federation (ITF) and would be played on league basis.
Last year, this tournament saw as many as 80 teams who participated and this year, it is expected that more teams would come up front with their players proving their mettle in the upcoming competitions against each other so as to earn the ultimate title of the tournament.
This tournament would also be offering several cash prizes along with glittering trophies and certificates.
