Wapda honours medal winners

Wapda honoured its 47 medal winners of the 12th South Asian Games at a function held here on Wednesday.

Wapda chairman Zafar Mahmood was the chief guest on the occasion and announced different cash prizes for the winners of gold, silver and bronze medals.

Out of Pakistan’s 106 medals, Wapda’s sports persons won 47 medals (seven gold, 19 silver and 21 bronze).
