Lahore Division Arm-Wrestling Team selection trials on 14th April
For the participation in 5th Punjab Arm Wrestling Championship, Arm-Wrestling trials for Lahore division will be conducted on 14th April 2019 at BK Hall in Lahore.
Pakistan Arm Wrestling Federation (PAF) will be conducting trails for the selection of Lahore division team that will participate in 5th Punjab Arm Wrestling Championship - which is scheduled to be held on 20th April, 2019.
The trails will be held at BK Hall in Lahore at 10:00 AM sharp and all officials and participants are requested to come on time as there will be no tolerance for the late comers. Players of Sub Juniors, Juniors and Youth categories are to bring their age proof with them that is: ID Card or Birth Certificate.

Punjab Arm Wrestling Championship 2019 will be featuring a total of about 8 district teams, wrestlers from whom will compete in both male and female categories of several different weight classes which includes: Sub Junior Boys, Sub Junior Girls, Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Youth Boys, Youth Girls, Senior Men, Senior Women, Senior Left Hand Men, Senior Master 40 years Right Hand Men and disabled.
For this reason all the arm wrestlers are called out to show their strength and talent in this championship and register themselves for the trails.
