National Men and Women Throwball Championship 2019 gets underway
PTF is all set to host another throwball event i.e. National Inter Provincials Men and Women Throwball Championship 2019 or National Men and Women Throwball Championship 2019 that will be staged from 12 to 15 March at Peshawar University in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
As announced by General Secretary Pakistan Throwball Federation, Maqbool Arian, National Men and Women Throwball Championship into the current year which will be held under the auspicious of Pakistan Throwball Federation (PTF) in collaboration of KPK Throwball Association.
According to the information provided, 22 affiliated units have been sent invitation for participation into this national level championship namely; Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Balochistan, Islamabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Culligan, Navy, Police, Rangers/Army, LGS School Lahore, The City School Lahore, Bahria School Lahore, The City School DK NYC, Aga Khan Youth Sports Board, Reyden College, Aga Khan H S, CJM School, Generation's School and Karachi Nixor College.
The competitions will be featured in both men and women categories. Throwball players of various provinces, schools and colleges of the country will be seen competing in the upcoming matches so as to earn the title of the championship.
The final of the championship will be played on 15th March and after the final winner has been decided, the guest of honor will award the high achievers with certificates, medals and trophies at the concluding ceremony. Also, a coaching course will be held from 13th March while the general council meeting of Pakistan Throwball Federation will be held on 14th March under the chairmanship of it's President, Tahir Naveed.
