Punjab A crown 2nd Inter Provincial Tchoukball C’ship title
The Second Inter Provincial Tchoukball Championship came to a successful end with Punjab A claiming the title at Crescent Sports Complex in Faisalabad.
Pakistan Tchoukball Federation (PTBF) and Divisional and District Tchoukball Association Faisalabad along with Punjab Tchoukball Association jointly organized the second edition of Inter Provincial Tchoukball Championship under the supervision of Spots Board Punjab.
As many as nine (9) teams from all over Pakistan belonging to different provinces participated in this four-day championship in which boys were given chance to exhibit their skills in this unique sport.
Participating teams are namely stated below:
1. Islambad (ISB)
2. Baluchistan
3. FATA
4. Punjab A and B
5. Sindh
6. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)
7. Gilgit Baltistan (GB)
8. Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK)
Punjab A team emerged as the champions who clinched the trophy of the championship and they are followed by FATA and the third spot went to Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KPK) team. Other teams who managed to stand on the 4th, 5th and 6th position are Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab B and Gilgit Balitistan (GB), respectively.
Muhammad Asif Chaudry, DG PHA and Mian Javed Ali Mian, Vice President Pakistan Tchoukball Federation, graced the event.
