Gujrat steals SBP Inter-Tehsil Annual Sports Calendar 2018-19 Kabbadi title
Kabaddi, Volleyball and Handball event winners came up in SBP Inter-Tehsil Annual Sports Calendar 2018-19 which are being staged from 22nd November to 14th December at different venues.
The Annual Sports Calendar 2018-19 competitions are being organized throughout Punjab as per directives of Director General Sports Punjab, Nadeem Sarwar.
District Gujrat Boys Kabaddi team performed with their best raiding and stopping skills and made Kharian Boys Kabaddi team fall to them yesterday at Government High School in Kunjah.
While in the Volleyball event, out of 36 players playing in total, the host Vehari team came out the strongest and claimed the title of the event at Khursheed Anwar Stadium in Vehari. Volleyball team of Burewala ended the gaming with being the runners and Mailsiwas stands at the third spot.
In the Handball competitions in Bahawalpur, Yazman team defeated Ahmedpur team. In Football competitions, Tehsil Sadiqabad emerged winner in football match against Rahimyar Khan and Khanewal managed the win over Jahanian. Arifwala footballers earned the title against Pakpattan football team.
Another Football event played in Lodhran saw Kehrorpakka and Kamonke football teams coming up with wins over their respective opponents: Dunyapur and Wazirabad teams.
