Hamza qualify for China Open Professional ranking snooker Tournament

Former Asian champion Hamza Akbar defeated Hossein Vafaei from Iran by 6-0 and becames the first Pakistani cueist to qualify for the China Open professional ranking snooker tournament being held at Beijing from April 2 to 8.

Pakistani cueist ranked 126th Hamza Akbar showed remarkable performance and qualifies for the China Open professional ranking snooker tournament being held at Beijing from 2nd to 8th April as he knocked out Hossein Vafaei in a one sided affair in 11 frames by 6-0.The score line was 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, 5-0, and 6-0. 

Two-time national champion Hamza Akbar will be up against England’s Ricky Walden in the best of 11 frames in round of 64 match of the China Open.

The China Open carries prize money of one million pounds. The first round loser is entitled to get 5000 pounds.
