47th Pakistan Open Golf Championship 2020 tees off today

A total of 90 contestants, featuring in the 47th edition of Pakistan Open Golf Championship 2020, which tees off today (19th November) at the Rawalpindi Golf Course, Rawalpindi.

The championship endorsed and supported by the Pakistan Golf Federation, carries around Rs5 million in prize money for various categories which will conclude on 22nd November.

Besides the race for the Pakistan champion title, also in the competition will be the senior and junior professionals. 

The players like Shabbir Iqbal, Muhmmad Munir and Muhammad Matloob fall in the category of the invincibles. Hamza Amin falls in this classification and so does the very young Ahmed Baig. A few more names who deserve a mention here are M Shahzad, M Alam, Arif Ali and Khalid Khan.
