Sara Shahzad & Ghulam Dastagir win PEC Sindh Indoor Archery Championship 2020 titles
Lahore-based archer Ghulam Dastagir secured first position in male competition of PEC Sindh Indoor Archery Championship 2020 held at Pavilion End Club in Karachi.
The two-day PEC Sindh Indoor Archery Championship 2020 wrapped up at Pavilion End Club in Karachi which was organized by Sindh Archery Association.
A total of 120 archers from all provinces besides Sindh participated in the championship.
After intense competition, Lahore-based archer Ghulam Dastagir secured first position and awarded with a cash prize of Rs 25,000.
Meanwhile, Sara Shahzad, from Islamabad, claimed the first position in the women's competition and won a cash prize of Rs 25,000.
Students from different schools of Karachi also participated in the championship. Speaking on the occasion, chief guest Secretary General of Sindh Archery Association Mr. Mansoor Shahzad Khan thanks to Colonel Amir Sheikh, Muhammad Riaz, Omar Hassan, Wasim Qureshi and Zeeshan Altaf Loya for organizing the event.
After that chief guest distributed the prizes among the winners of the competition and said that “I am very happy to see such talented players and I congratulate the management on organizing this successful championship”.
