Unseeded junior player Shoaib Khan caused a major upset in the Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan National Ranking Tournament by defeating seasoned player and third seed Shahzad Khan in straight sets at Senator Dilawar Abbas PTF Complex, Islamabad.
