Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ufone Football Tournament 2019 moves to 2nd phase

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ufone Football Tournament 2019 now have moved to second phase as six teams emerged as the city champions at different venues.

 
Out of 21 cities, six teams have come up front to grab the title of their respective region while the remaining matches continue as per schedule.

The first city qualifier stands as Carvaan FC as the team defeated Registan FC easily by 3-0 while Haripur district winner was declared Tarbela Shaheen FC after a thrilling match against Golden FC whose winner was decided on a penalty shootout where the final score line stood in the favor of Tarbela Shaheen FC on 3-0. 

Aatish FC convincingly thrashed PAK Fighter FC on 6-0 score to emerge the third city winner. In Dera Ismail Khan, DFA Senior team was crowned the city champion when they overcame DFA Junior on 3-0 score.  

Malakand division title went to Batkhela White FC when they outscored Malakand Green FC with the guidance from Waqar who scored the winning-third goal required to seal the victory for the team. 

Ufone with the aim to help endorse football in the province and prove to be a great platform for the emerging young players to learn and display their footballing skills, has organized the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ufone Football Tournament for the first time ever.

This event is featuring uncountable teams from as many as 21 cities players from whom are seen competing with all their talent so as to win the ultimate title of this mega football bonanza. 

The top two teams from each region will qualify for Super 8 stage of the tournament that would be played on 18 and 19 November, with top 4 progressing into the semifinals which will take place on 20 November while the final is scheduled for 22 November that will be played under floodlights at Tehmash Khan Football Stadium in Peshawar.
