8th Essa Lab National Seniors & Juniors Tennis Championship 2019 continues in full swing

The 8th Essa Lab National Seniors & Juniors Tennis Championship 2019 continues in full swing at the Modern Club, Karachi. 

Talented Parbat Kumar cruised past Noor-e-Mustafa 6-0, 6-2 in the men singles quarter-final while the pair of Azharuddin and Sher Muhammad outplayed Amir Mumtaz and Qutub Ahmed duo in the 45-plus doubles semifinal.

In the under-18 singles first round clash, young Osama Khan beat Ammar Ismail convincingly while in the under-16 match, Yahya Ehtisham crushed Saeed Suleman in a fine displlay of tennis. In the under-14 quarter-final, Bilal Asim from Lahore proved too good for his opponent Rahim Vaqar to reach the semis in style.

In U -14 doubles quarter-final, Saeed Suleman along Hussnain Ali beat apir of Kashan Tariq &  Abdullah Riwzan with the final score line of 4-0, 4-0 while in U -14 singles quarter-final Bilal Asim overpowered Rahim Vaqar by 4-0, 4-0 while Nadir Mirza outshined Yousuf Haleem by 4-1, 4-0 

Yahya Ehtisham outclassed Saeed Suleman with the final score line of 6-1 6-1 to move into the second round of U -16 singles while Ammer Ismail walkover Ahmed Samad (HYD) and Mahatir Muhammad beat Ghufran Faiz by 6-1, 6-1 .

In U- 18 singles 1st Round, Osama Khan of Lahore out-stroked Ammar Ismail by 6-3 6-4 while in U -18 doubles semi-final Hasheesh Kumar and Mahatir Mohammad beat pair of Baqir &  Asghar Ali from Mirpur Mathelo by 6-7, 6-1.

In the 45-plus Doubles semifinal, Azharuddin & Sher Muhammad defeated Amir Mumtaz & Qutub Ahmed 6-3 6-1 while Javed Iqbal & Muhammad Iltifat beat Karim Gul Agha & Abdul rehman Pasha by 6-2, 6-0 .

Nael Mirza along his partner Dhuraf overpowered pair of Eshal Zain & Lariab Shamsi with the final score line of 4-0 4-0.
