PAK vs India | One Championship: Call for Greatness postponed

Pakistan's Ahmed Mujatab's biggest fight of his carrier against Rahul Raju of India has been postponed due to a visa issue which will now be rescheduled to some further date in March.

Pakistani Mixed Martial Arts Fighter, Ahmed "Wolverine" Mujtaba was supposed to have the biggest fight of his career against India's Rahul Raju in Singapore at ONE Championship but unfortunately his Singapore Visa was rejected.

After travelling to Brazil, Thailand and training locally to prepare for this battle, the MYGYM athlete, Ahmed Mujtaba was left gutted hearing his visa was rejected the week before his fight. Ahmed made an announcement on his official page informing his fans about the rejection. His opponent also addressed the visa rejection on his page and the bout has been cancelled. ONE Championship is working on putting this fight at a later date as both fighters are looking forward to exchanging leather.


Ahmed ‘Wolverine’ Mujtaba of Quetta is one of the brightest martial arts stars to emerge from Pakistan. Armed with an impressive record. Almost all of Mujtaba’s wins since he debuted in 2013 have come by way of stoppage, proving his exciting and effective style. He got off to a great start on the global stage of ONE Championship, defeating highly-rated Singapore talent Benedict Ang on his promotional debut. He held the UGB Featherweight belt before he signed with Asian MMA giant ONE Championship. The rising star of Pakistan, Ahmed also holds a professional record of 9-2 (2-2 in ONE).

ONE: Call For Greatness fight between the two nations will take place on 22nd February in Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore and will begin at 04:00 PM - Pakistan Standard Time.
