• Silver medalist of 13th South Asian Games 2019, Nepal.
• In 2019 she received an International Swimming Federation [FINA] Scholarship. The scholarship provided her the opportunity to train for two years at a FINA-approved training centre in Kazan, Russian Federation.

She was influenced by her father. He built a swimming pool for the family at their house.
Her father Khalid Zaman Khan, sister Kiran Khan and brother Sikandar Khan have all represented Pakistan in swimming.
