Karachi to hold National Women Softball Championship 2021 in June

Chairman Sindh Softball Association (SSA) Syed Afzal Zaidi has announced to hold the 15th edition of National Women’s Softball Championship in Karachi under floodlights in June this year.

The 15th National Women’s Softball Championship has been reschedule due to the increased cases of the coronavirus.

He expressed these views while addressing a Sindh Softball Association meeting. The meeting had the presence of President SSA Syed Waseem Hashmi, Vice Presidents Pervaiz Ahmed Shaikh & Muhammad Nasir, General Secretary Zeeshan Merchant, Chairperson Women Wing Alia Ahmed, Finance Secretary Murad Hussain, and other officials.

Earlier, Army team overcame WAPDA convincingly by an innings and five runs which helped them to clinch the championship 14th National Women Softball Championship trophy.
