SFP to organise women’s championship from 15th

The Softball Federation of Pakistan (SFP) is organising the 13th edition of National Women’s Softball Championship from April 15-18 in Quetta.

Army, Police, Sindh, Punjab, KP, Balochistan and Islamabad have been invited by the SFP to participate in the tournament.

SFP secretary Asif Azeem said they were determined to prepare a strong team for the upcoming Women’s World Championship, which will be held in Canada this year in June.

The players who perform well in the national championship will be selected for a training camp from which the squad for the World Championship will be selected.
