The suburb neighborhoods of Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar are full of the wealth by the talented boxers in the categories of men and women. Recently the Sports Department of the Government of Sindh, under the supervision of the Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs, Muhammad Rashid, has taken first ever history-making initiative in Pakistan to bring up women boxers before the eyes of sports’ world by organizing First Women Boxing Coaching Camps at Pak Shaheen Boxing Club, Lyari and North Karachi Gymkhana. Hussain Qambrani, President of Pak Shaheen Boxing Club, while paying tributes to the Sports Department, Government of Sindh for its historical eye-opening initiative, has said that this chronological initiative has also become botched to open the shuttered eyes of the Federal Government who is untiringly claiming to promote sports. Hussain Qambrani, expressing his pleasure has further said that recently a closing ceremony of the First Women Boxing Coaching Camp was organized in Karachi by the Sindh Sports Board in coordination with Sindh Boxing Association wherein the Chief Guests, Nadia Gabol the Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh and Sania Naaz MPA Sindh Assembly have announced for cash prizes and the physical supports to the women pugilists who are eager to become world-class boxers. During this closing ceremony the girls boxers of Pak Shaheen Boxing Club, Lyari, Anum Qambrani, Azmeena, Mehak Qambrani, Aamna, Areesha and Aimun have tagged their club at first position by triumphing 5 Gold and 1 Silver Medals. Hussain Qambrani has also appealed to Pakistan Olympic Association to pursue AIBA, ABC and other sports organizations for allowing women boxers to opt for putting-on full dress and hijab during bouts as already permissible in the games of judo, karate, taekwondo, etc. and  as also the AIBA has recently allowed to one Muslim American athlete Ibtihaj Muhammad.
