This is also a big boost for the local wrestlers to compete against the top contenders to excel and gain more experience where top international companies made agreements with the organizers to promote the event and local talent in the international arena.

Wrestling was very popular among Pakistanis but over the last few years, it declined, as no attention was paid to the sport. However, the upcoming event will help the revival of wrestling and pave the ways for other sports in Pakistan. Pakistani youth was keen on healthy sports and lots of youth is turning to body-building and healthy lifestyle, now-a-days.

This event will also help in promoting the positive sides of Pakistan as the perception prevails in the past that Pakistan is not a safe place to visit. The wrestlers who visited Pakistan last year helped change the image of Pakistan and the organizers are confident that upcoming event will be a big success and it will also help to promote the soft image of Pakistan as the number of international wrestlers taking part in the event are more than the past. The event will also help to open doors for other international events for sports-loving but sports-deprived nation, where the sport has taken a downward path because of lack of attention.

International wrestler, Tiny Iron who also performed in the last event, has said that being in Pakistan means to be with “my family” again,
“Lahore Lahore ay and hello Pakistan, I am excited and back here to meet my cousins, brothers and sisters again”.

The event will start at 05:00 PM and continue until midnight for the three set days. Event tickets are available, categorized as General, Executive, Premium and VIP, priced at Rs. 750, Rs. 1,500, Rs. 2,500 and Rs. 10,000, respectively. The E-booking can be done by clicking at the links below:
