PAF through to the Semi Final of the PFF Cup
Pakistan Air Force got a narrow victory over young Karachi United Side by 1-0
The Match was played at the Raiders Ground, Faisal Town Lahore. The match was started with a firm display from both sides. Karachi united who were playing against the giants PAF showed brilliant display but unfortunately it was not enough when Mujahid of PAF scored a goal for PAF.
Karachi United defended great and didn't let the experienced PAF side to dominate and score. At the Half time the score was 0-0. PAF were looking slightly better throughout the match but Karachi United defended like a wall against PAF internatioanl players, Mohammad Mujahid and Mansoor Khan.
In the 73rd minute Mujahid scored a goal for PAF assisted by Mansoor to take the lead. Karachi United tried a lot to come back in the match but unfortunately it was not enough and the match ended 1-0 in favor of PAF.
By this win PAF also qualified for the Semi Final stage of the tournament and they will play against either KRL or WAPDA in the semi final.
