1st Twin City Inter-School Boys Age-Group Swimming Championship to commence from 26th October
Swimmers in 4 different age-categories will participate in 1st Twin City Inter-School Boys Age-Group Swimming Championship which will begin from 26th October at Pakistan Sports Board in Islamabad.
The inaugural edition of Twin City Inter-School Boys Age-Group Swimming Championship is being organized by Islamabad Federal Area Swimming Association which will feature swimmers of several schools and colleges who will be battling for their ultimate win in the upcoming competitions.
As many as four different age-group events will be contested which includes competitions in 12 and under, 14 and under and 16 and under years of age. Also boys above the 16 year of age are allowed to compete in the championship.
The championship will be contested in the above mentioned age groups for which competitions will be starting from 01:00 PM and on-wards.
The championship is open to all schools and colleges for which they must bring permission letter on their letter head and all swimmers must bring their original and an attested copy of NADRA B-Form or Family Registration Certificate (FRC) or CNIC with two colored pictures as these are stated the required documents for taking part in the championship.
Whereas last date of registration for participation in the championship is stated as 22nd October, 2018.
This swimming event will have competitions in the following categories:
1. 50 Meters Free Style
2. 50 Meters Back Stroke
3. 50 Meters Breast Stroke
4. 50 Meters Butterfly
As per rules and regulation, points for each event will be awarded as follow:

| 5th Position | 2 points |
| 6th Position | 1 points |
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the first three position holders while winners and runner-up shields will be given to the teams aggregating the highest and the second highest points. Merit certificates will be awarded to the top 6 position holders only in all events of swimming whereas all the participants will be given participation certificates.
