Inayat Ullah bags bronze in Youth Olympic Games 2018

World Champion Inayat Ullah wrestler wins bronze model for Pakistan in Youth Olympic Games 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Inayat Ullah also won world title in Beach World Wrestling Championships last year in Turkey as he defeated a fighter from New Zealand Pehi Tahi Ainsley in the first round, to make a bright start to his 2018 Youth Olympic Games journey.

Under his 65 kg weight category wrestling he unfortunately lost to Turan Bayramov wrestler from Azerbaijan in his second fight and settled for a bronze medal fight against the US wrestler. Pakistan’s young star wrestler Inayat Ullah was up against Carson Taylor of USA in his bronze medal bout in which he defeated his opponent quite well by 6-2 and named the bronze medal to his side.

After 1960, it is the biggest achievement up till now in Pakistan wrestling history as Inayat is the second wrestler of Pakistan who has won a medal in the 2018 Youth Olympic Games. Whereas as the first wrestler who made Pakistan proud was Muhammad Bashir as he won a medal in 1960's Olympics.
