Pakistani players dominates South Asian Wushu Championship

Pakistani male and female players in high sprites on the second day of ongoing 4th South Asian Wushu Championship at Sports Gymnasium, Nisther Park Sports Complex Lahore.

In the Dao Shu event, Sri Lankan player D.M.H.C Kumar won gold medal while Ghulab Khan of Afghanistan secured the silver and local players of Pakistan whites and Pakistan Greens Hassan and Waleed won the bronze medal.

In boys -48kg category, Munir Butt of Pakistan Greens won the Gold while Afghani player Abdulronq grabbed silver and Sri Lankan Surange and Juniad of Iran secured the bronze medal. Abdul Khaliq of Pakistan Greens clinched Gold in -52 category while Aunzeb of Iran secured Silver and Chandika Diksa of Sri Lanka and Matiullah of Afghanistan secured bronze medal.

In -60 Kg in Sri Lankan Balider won Gold, Pakistan Greens player Bilal grabbed Silver while Pakistan Whites Dawood and Ghulam Abbass of Afghanistan won Bronze medals.

President Pakistan Wushu Federation Malik Iftikhar Awan, SVP Ambreen Iftikhar, Division Sports officer, Nadeem Qaiser, District sports officer Tanveer Abbas, Rehan Roshan were present on day 2 of the event.
