Chaman City qualifies for PPL Football Cup final round
On the 10th day of ongoing PPL Balochistan Football Cup, Chaman city in an intense match overpowered DFA Quetta by 1-0 to qualify for the final round.
In a highly charged match, Chaman City defeated DFA Quetta where both the teams attempted on each other’s goal posts but only once Abdul Qadir successfully netted the ball for Chaman City to score the only goal.
After conceding a goal, DFA Quetta tried hard to equalize but strong defense of Chaman could not allow Quetta to convert any goal.
Abdul Qadir for his outstanding play was given man of the match award.
Play-off between Sibi and DFA Quetta to be played in Pishin today and winner will be the 12th and last team to qualify for the final round.
Final round of the tournament will start from 1st March where the semifinals of the tournament are scheduled to be played on 28th March followed by Final on 30th March at Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium Malibagh, Quetta.
