SMB Fatima Jinnah Govt School retain Karachi United girls football title
SMB Fatima Jinnah Government Girls School outplayed Aga Khan School Kharadar by 2-1 in the final of Karachi United Inter School girls football tournament at Karachi.
The match was started on fast tempo where Fatima Jinnah School faced solid opposition from Aga Khan School but Shehrbano Hanif and Rimsha Sami scored goals to help their school claim the second consecutive title. Goalkeeper Hadiqa Shaukat also played vital role by blocking most shoots from the opponents after match was tied 0-0 in the allocated time.
Both the teams played splendidly in a breathtaking final to cash the title but SMB Fatima Jinnah Government girls school defeated Aga Khan School Kharadar by 2-1 on penalty shootouts to win Karachi United Inter School girls football tournament at Karachi. Fatima Jinnah Govt School played marvelously as they defeated many high ranking schools in the previous matches.
