UCP victorious in inter-varsity archery championship at PU
University of Central Punjab seals the title of 4th All-Pakistan Inter-varsity Archery Championship at Punjab University new campus ground.
UPC clinches the first position while the hosts Punjab University earned the second position and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal secured the third spot. 8 teams from different universities participated in the event.
Director Sports Punjab University Dr. M Zafar Iqbal Butt was the chief guest of the closing ceremony where he distributed the prizes among the winners and runner-up. He prized the efforts of the position holders and the other participants and hoped that these players will continue their efforts to win and make their universities and country honored. He epically commended the UCP players who displayed their talent and skills to bag the title and also appreciated the efforts of Punjab University players and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University student also.
