Sindh will face Wapda in the women’s final while Pakistan Air Force (PAF) will compete against Wapda for the men’s title of the National Netball Championships at Hamidi Hall in the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
National Men and Women Netball Championship 2018
Pakistan Netball Federation in collaboration with the Pakistan Sports Board is organizing the 17th National Men and Women’s Netball Championships 2018 from 4th -7th May at the Hamidi Hall of the Pakistan Sports Board Complex, Islamabad. Total fifteen teams from all across the country will be the part of championship in which Army and Sindh are defending men’s and women’s champions respectively.
Mudassar Razak Arain, President of Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF), announced that PNF will award the trophies, medals, certificates and cash prizes among the position holder’s teams. He also lauded that the top
five teams will qualify for 33rd National Games 2018 and one host team will also be eligible to take part.
He further added that PNF will also select the men & women players for International Competitions like Asian Women Netball Championship 2018 at Singapore in the last week of August 2018, AAMMNA Netball Championship 2018 at Melbourne, Australia in the month December 2018 and Asian Netball Umpiring Course 2018 at Singapore in July 2018.
