Navy Dominates 31st National Shooting Championship

The championship continues to be a platform for exceptional talent, highlighting the precision and skill of the nation's top shooters.

Pakistan Navy extended their lead at the 31st National Shooting Championship held at PN Shooting Ranges on Tuesday.

In the 10m Air Rifle event for women, Navy's Meak Fatima secured the gold medal with an impressive score of 249.9 points. Army's Nameen Azeem claimed the silver medal with a score of 247.2 points, while Army's Mehr Rehman secured the bronze with 225.8 points.

In the team category of the same event, Navy clinched the gold with a total score of 1842.4 points. Army secured the silver medal with 1840.6 points, and Wapda claimed the bronze with a score of 1790.3 points.

The individual category of the 25m Sports Pistol event for women witnessed Army's Kishmala Talat seizing the gold with an outstanding score of 27 points. Navy's Rasam Gul and Rabia Kabir secured the silver and bronze medals, scoring 24 and 20 points, respectively.

Navy continued their dominance in the team category of the 25m Sports Pistol event, clinching the gold with a total score of 1704 points. Army secured the silver medal with 1642 points, while Wapda claimed the bronze with a score of 1624 points.

In the individual category of the 50m Pistol event for men, Navy's M Arsalan showcased his prowess, earning the gold medal with an impressive score of 540 points. PAF's Kaleemullah Khan secured the silver with 539 points, and Army's Azhar Abbas clinched the bronze with 535x-9 points.
