South Region beat IDG Falcon by 9 wickets in 6th Twenty20 National Bank President’s Cup cricket tournament 2021

South Region outscored IDG Falcon by 9 wickets in a key match of 6th Twenty20 National Bank President’s Cup cricket tournament played at KCCA Ground, Karachi.

The 6th Twenty20 National Bank President’s Cup cricket tournament continue at various cricket centers of Karachi. As many as 22 teams from various departments of NBP are participating in the tournament, which have been divided into four groups.

South Region outscored IDG Falcon by 9 wickets in a key match played at KCCA Ground.

IDG decided to bat first to score 67 for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated overs. Jind Iqbal top scored with 18. No other player could come into double figures.

For South Region, Moh­sin Mumtaz took 2 for 10 while Zeeshan Sheikh, Mohammad Kashif Hanif and Kamran Alzaman took one wicket apiece. In reply, South Region easily chased the score in 6 overs for the loss of one wicket. Asad Hussain scored 39 off 19 balls. Mohsin Mumtaz scored 16 off 10. Nihal Qadri took one wicket.

International cricketer Saeed Azad declared Mohsin Mumtaz as Man of the Match. The event had the presence of Azmatullah Khan and Salman Hussain Kazmi.
