DCP issues notice to KP Badminton Association to present 10 years record

Senior Civil Judge Mr.Imtiaz Ahmad of District Court Peshawar has issued a Notice to Mr.Amjad Khan (Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Badminton Association) to present Ten years (2010-2020)complete record of its Association.

The Honorable Court summons him on 26th October 2020 in personal capacity.

The Case at Court was presented by Muhammad Akmal (former National Junior Badminton Champion of Pakistan) on the request that he has asked Directorate of Sports Khyber Pakhtunhwa to provides him detail record of the above mentioned association, almost 4 month, after not getting the detail record, Akmal said he went to Right to Information (RTI) to get the record, but no such record was provided yet. 

He said finally he has given application to Honorable court to get that record.
