PFB to open Syed Khawar Shah Baseball Academy in Multan

President of Pakistan Baseball Federation(PFB) Syed Fakhar Ali Shah has announced that a baseball academy named after Syed Khawar Shah will be activated in Multan.

President of Pakistan Baseball Federation Syed Fakhar Ali Shah, in a meeting with the delegation of Muhammad Jameel Kamran, Member of the Federation from Multan has stated that a baseball academy named after Syed Khawar Shah will be activated in Multan.

Former DSO Multan Muhammad Jamil Kamran along with a delegation of Multan Division meet with the President, Pakistan Baseball Federation Syed Fakhar Ali Shah. National and international players from Multan, Khurram Butt, Usman Shaukat and Sameer Zawar were included in delegation while International Twins Badeballer Muhammad Khawar and Ali Khawar from Lahore were also present on the occasion.

In the meeting, Syed Fakhar Ali Shah assured all possible cooperation from the federation to make Syed Khawar Shah Baseball Academy in Multan functional. While Muhammad Jamil Kamran proposed to hold Inter schools and Inter City Baseball Championships in Multan.

Informing media manager of the federation Pervez Ahmed Sheikh about the details of the meeting, Syed Fakhar Ali Shah expressed hope that Insha-Allah after September 15 as soon as the educational institutions open, he will visit Multan in the second phase of his nationwide tours for the baseball promotion and will meet the officials and players of Khawar Shah Baseball Academy there at Multan.

He will visit Sindh in the third phase and will also set up academies in the name of the Khawar Shah.in Hyderabad and Karachi.

In this regard, the President of Sindh Baseball Association, Engineer Muhammad Mohsin Khan who is also senior vice president of PFB has issued a formal invitation to the Federation and preparations have also started in Sindh.
