Pakistan shooting contingent out of ISSF World Cup taking place in New Delhi

National Rifle Association of Pakistan has decided to withdraw Pakistan's shooting team from the ISSF Rifle/Shotgun/Pistol World Cup which is scheduled to be held in New Delhi in the month of March.

National Rifle Association (NRA) of Pakistan has decided to withdraw Pakistan's shooting team from the ISSF Rifle/Shotgun/Pistol World Cup which is scheduled to be held in New Delhi in the month of March.

Vice-president of NRA, Javed Lodhi, explained that the decision to not participate in the world cup was taken to facilitate the teams training in Germany for the upcoming Olympic games.

Lodhi said in a statement that the international coaching and training for the three Olympics qualified shooters was only possible in March in Germany hence they withdrew from the New Delhi world cup in favour of much needed international coaching.
