PAKISTAN BIDDING TO HOST ASIAN NETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Pakistan is bidding for the hosting rights, along with Sri Lanka and Japan, of Asian Netball Championship in 2018.
Talking to APP, President of Pakistan Netball Federation, Mudassar Arain said they have applied for the hosting of the event.
He said the decision regarding the hosting of the event will be decided in the Asian Netball Federation (ANF) meeting in July in Thailand.
He said Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Japan will give their respective representations in the meeting.
“Pakistan is one of the toughest contenders for hosting the championship and we are more than hopeful that we will get to host the event,” he said
