Islamia Club to hold TT event on April 6

Islamia Club will organise a table tennis event on April 6 in connection with the World Table Tennis Day.

Former international Arif Khan said that the competitions in men’s singles, women’s singles, boys’ singles and girls’ singles under-18 would be held in the event.

Those players who are interested in participating in these events have been advised to get their names registered with Kanty Lal at Islamia Club office from 4pm to 10pm.

Arif said that April 5 was the last date for entry. He said draws would be held on the same day at 8pm.

He said all the former table tennis stars had been invited to attend the special ceremony which has been planned to celebrate the day. The main event this year will be held in Kathmandu.
