Shake, rattle & roll: PNF Girls Netball Cup 2019 wound up with several triumphs

The final matches of the 2019 PNF Girls Netball Cup witnessed several teams title victories where the Under-13 category winner stood The City School PAF while Under-15 title was taken home by City School Gulshan. 

Both the schools defeated Karachi Grammar School Saddar by 2-1 and City School PAF Chapter on 8-5 respectively to emerge champions. Karachi Grammar School Clifton than defeated Karachi Gammar School Saddar on a close call of 5-4 to win the third position match of Under-15 category whereas Habib Girls School secured third spot in the Under-15 class.

Meanwhile, Karachi Gammar School Clifton, St. Joseph Girls School, Karachi Grammar School Saddar and City School University Road are declared as the Emergent Teams and were awarded the trophies for best performance.

Mudassar Razak Arain, President , Pakistan Netball Federation was the honorable chief guest along with Gohar Raza , President PSSO who witnessed the finals being played and laster distributed prizes, trophies, medals, certificates and gift hampers among the high achievers and participants of the tournament. 

The PNF has also selected the All Star Players and awarded badges to them. In the U-15 category, Mahin Aleem (GS), Shezeen Fatima (GA), Malika (WA), Raheem Allahwala (C), Xehra Agha (WD), Amna (GD), Ayman Rehman (GK) were named among the All Star Players whileAyesha (GS), Sara (GA), Zoya (WA), Aira (C), Hania (WD), Zahra (GD), Iffa (GK) were named as All Star Players of U-13 category. 

The 2019 Girls Netball Cup was organized by Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF) in collaboration with Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) that featured several leading schools, students from which were seen competing with all their talent against each other so as to earn the ultimate title of this mega tournament.
