City School PAF collects 3rd consecutive victory as PNF Girls Netball Cup 2019 gets underway

City School Gulshan outscored Karachi Grammar School Clifton in the opening match of the 2019 PNF Girls Netball Cup which commenced yesterday at PSB Coaching Centre in Karachi.

The 2019 Girls Netball Cup is being organized by Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF) in collaboration with Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) which is featuring several leading schools, students from whom are seen competing with all their talent against each other so as to earn the ultimate title of this mega tournament. 

The City School Gulshan opened their campaign successfully against Karachi Grammar School Clifton, where the winning team made their opponents suffer the fall of the first match into the tournament. 


While City School PAF (Green) struggled to beat Trinity School on the final score line of 1-0. Habib Girls School and Karachi Grammar School completely crushed their opponents: City School PAF (White) and St. Joseph Girls School Cambridge on the set score lines of 6-3 and 9-3, respectively. 

Whereas The City School PAF (Green) once again stood victorious by convincingly out scoring St. Joseph Girls School Matric by 8-4. Habib Girls School also earned another win as the team edged past City School University Road quiet easily on the final score of 11-4.

City School Gulshan thrashed Wahaj School by 13-3 to emerge winner and the efforts contributed by the team mates of St. Joseph Girls School Cambridge resulted in their later triumph against City School North Nazimabad by 1-0. City School PAF collected third consecutive win by making Habib Girls School team fall on 3-1.

Director PSB, Rafiq Pirzada was the honorable chief guest who graced the event open alongside President PNF, Mudassar Arain and Secretary PNF, Muhammad Riaz.
