Sindh claims first day of National Clay Shooting Championship 2019

Sindh stands on top by winning gold medal in Skeet event in the on-going National Clay Shooting Championships which is being held at Navy Shooting Ranges, Karsaz in Karachi.

Grabbing the first spot in the final of skeet event, Sindh scored 329 out of 375 on day one with the score of 200 out of 225 while Navy settled for the second position by scoring 326 out of 375 with a day one score of 196 out of 225 getting silver medal.

Whereas third spot went to Army as they managed a total score of 186/225 bagging bronze medal with the score of 314/375.

In the final of individual category, Punjab's Usman Chand was able to win gold medal with the score of 365/385 and Abubakar from Army clinched silver medal with the score of 362/385. Abdul Sattar belonging to Navy claimed bronze medal with the score of 354/375.

The six finalists of the individual category are Major Abubakar, Muhammad Asif, Usman Chand, Khurram Inam, Ahmed Sultan and Abdul Sattar Satti.

Sindh Rifle Association has organized the six-day National Clay Shooting Championship which will continue its action till 27th January and is featuring about 60 shooters who are show casing their best of shooting skills on the target accurately to achieve top honors in the championship.
