Top seed Pakistan Team win all Day-1 fixtures of Asian Junior Squash Team Championship 2019

Top seed Pakistan junior squash team including Abbas Zeb, Haris Qasim Farhan Hashmi and Hamza khan defeated Chinese Taipei & Sri lanka team by 3-0 on the opening day of 19th Asian Junior Squash Team Championship in Pattaya, Thailand.

 

Top seed Pakistan junior squash team including Abbas Zeb, Haris Qasim, Farhan Hashmi and Hamza khan  defeated Chinese Taipei & Sri lanka team by 3-0 on the opening day of 19th Asian Junior Squash Team Championship in Pattaya, Thailand.

In the opening match, Peshawar born Abbas Zeb didn't allow Chen Wun-Lin of Chinese Taipei to play freely as Abbas showed great squash skill to win the match with the final score line of 11-2 11-7 11-0 to make it 1-0 in 17 minutes battle.

The U-17 title winner of Hong Kong Junior 2018, Haris Qasim overcome Chu Ching-Hsuan of Taipei by 3-0 as the lahore born Haris confidently position himself to win the second encounter with the final score line of  11-3 11-2 11-1 in just 13 minutes.

In the decider, Muhammad Farhan Hashmi beat Huang Liang-Yu of 9th seeded team Chinese Taipei by 3-0 as Farhan started the match on positive note and he didn’t allowed Huang to play freely and won the match with the final score line of 11-3 11-2 11-4 in 17 minutes struggle.

In the second match Pakistan promising team continue his aggressive play as they overpowered 8th seeded Sri Lanka team where Abbas Zeb, Haris Qasim and Hamza khan showed outclass squash to win the second encounter by 3-0.

Pakistan will now face 5th seed Korea on 17th January at 7:30 am (PST).
