Pakistan to take part in USIP World Police Service Pistol Shooting Championship

Total 68 countries will participate in the 2nd World Police Service Pistol Shooting Championship which is to take place from 14 to 19 November in Guangdong, China.

After the first session of the championship held in Hungary in 2015, China will host the second World Police Service Pistol Shooting Championship which will be organized by the Guangdong Department of Public Security and sponsored by Union Supportive International Police (USIP) and China Vanguard Sports Association.

Feng Xiaogang, Chief for police training at the Guangdong Department of Public Security confirmed that Police from 40 member countries and regions of the USIP which include Russia, Pakistan, India, Brazil and Italy have registered for the contest.

21 non-member countries including Australia, Kenya and Cambodia are also planning to send their police officers to the contest while police liaison officers from United States, France and South Korea will also be send to China to observe the contest.

The Championship will take place at the Guangdong provincial police training centre in Foshan, Guangdong province, China.
